Hyun Moo Jeon, Se Young Lee Will Host Awards Ceremony
of Seoul International Drama Awards 2023 on 21st September

Broadcaster Hyun Moo Jeon and actress Se Young Lee will host the awards ceremony for the global drama festival ‘Seoul International Drama Awards 2023’, in which 44 countries/regions participated. Seoul Drama Awards Organizing Committee announced that the awards ceremony will be broadcast live on KBS 2TV at KBS Hall from 6 p.m. on 21st (Thu) September and Hyun Moo Jeon and Se Young Lee will host the awards ceremony.
Hyun Moo Jeon is a broadcaster with stable presentation skills and an excellent sense of humor and actress Se Young Lee is an actress who has outstanding acting skills across genres such as <The Red Sleeve> and <The Law Cafe> and she also won the 50th Korea Broadcasting Prizes in September.
Before the Awards Ceremony, Red Carpet will be held at KBS Hall Square from 4:30 p.m. on the same day. Red Carpet will be attended by the award winners, award presenters, and several celebrities nominated from 344 entries from 44 countries/regions which is the highest record ever. About 30 people including actor Sung Min Lee, Sang Yeob Lee, singer Ho Joong Kim, actress Nina Ellen Ødegård, winner of the 2017 Hedda Award for Best Actress, and actress Kathryn Bernardo who was selected as ‘Asia-Pacific’s Most Influential Celebrities on Social Media’ by Forbes Asia, actor Gun Atthaphan Phunsawat from Thailand who also has a large fandom in Korea, the authorities from drama <The Glory>, <Reborn Rich>, <Extraordinary Attorney Woo>, and singer Sandara Park from 2NE1 who recently made a comeback with her first solo single <FESTIVAL> will walk on a red carpet.
The 18th Seoul International Drama Awards is sponsored by the 'Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism' and 'Seoul Metropolitan Government', KBS, MBC, SBS, EBS, and CBS. Red Carpet and Awards Ceremony will be broadcast live on KBS 2TV and the official YouTube channel of SDA.
